Pat's devotional "Good Choice" appears on the May 16 date in the One Year Life Verse Devotional, compiled by Jay K. Payleitner and published by Tyndale House in November, 2007.

It begins with the words: "I want out, Lord! I'm tired of being a missionary!" The devotional reveals God's choice in the matter.
